- Arrange an Open House MLS® tour for other agency real estate agents.
- Hold Open Houses for the public.
- Qualify prospective purchasers and arrange viewing at times convenient for you or your tenants.
- Follow up on prospective purchasers for their comments to give you feedback.
- Keep you updated on the market activity and comparable sales on a regular basis.
- Facilitate arrangments for appraisers, building inspectors, engineers or specialists.
- Facilitate all the paperwork until closing.
