  • Arrange an Open House MLS® tour for other agency real estate agents.
  • Hold Open Houses for the public.
  • Qualify prospective purchasers and arrange viewing at times convenient for you or your tenants.
  • Follow up on prospective purchasers for their comments to give you feedback.
  • Keep you updated on the market activity and comparable sales on a regular basis.
  • Facilitate arrangments for appraisers, building inspectors, engineers or specialists.
  • Facilitate all the paperwork until closing.
